These are a cheaper and more budget style accommodation. It is suggested that students use this accommodation only on a short-term basis until something more permanent is found.
Rooms are mainly doubles and twins - all with their own reverse cycle Air Conditioner, colour TV and washbasin. The shared kitchen and bathroom facilities are modern, spacious and cleaned daily.

Hostel 109 is a small, modern and secure hostel located in the heart of Adelaide. It has the following facilities:
Single and Twin Rooms consist of a king size bed with mattress and bed linen, air conditioning - cooling and heating and a desk, chair and cupboard.
Double Rooms consist of a king size bed with mattress and bed linen, air conditioning - cooling and heating and a refrigerator and a TV
Dorm Rooms have: king size beds with mattress and bed linen, air conditioning - cooling and heating and a refrigerator. There are a maximum of 4 beds in each dorm.
Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, computer room with 4 computers to use (free unlimited broadband internet). Wireless access is also available, laundry and coded front door keypad provides security and 24 Hours access.
It is within walking distance to trams and buses.

The Residential wing offers single room accommodation with communal kitchen, laundry and uni-sex bathroom facilities.
Located within the grounds of the Royal Adelaide Hospital, in the middle of the City of Adelaide, the Residential Wing was originally the nurse’s accommodation. The Botanic Gardens are on the east boundary of the hospital and the city’s east end café precinct is one block away in Rundle Street. To the rear of the Residential Wing is a public parking station, $10.00/day.
Please note that it does not have air conditioning so can become warm if there is a long hot spell of weather.
