	MIHM Mix & Mash, Jan 2011 On Monday night, 17th January the first group of Masters for 2011 met at the Strathmore Hotel for a get together. Some current and also former MIHM students came along as well to help welcome our new students.
	End Of Year BBQ, Dec 2010 A gathering of Le Cordon Bleu students joined together at Rymill Park, a beautiful park in the Centre of Adelaide to farewell 2010 and were treated with a typical Aussie style Barbecue. The weather was perfect for a barbecue. The students relaxed and enjoyed each other’s company and relaxed with volley balls, card games, etc.

	Julie & Julia Australian Premiere Le Cordon Bleu is extremely proud to be associated with Sony Pictures to present the Premiere of Julie and Julia in two states of Australia. Le Cordon Bleu hosted Movie Premieres in both Sydney and Adelaide where VIP’s and invited guests were treated to an extra special Le Cordon Bleu Movie Night. Le Cordon Bleu students in restaurant service uniform, full chef uniform and business uniform hosted a fabulous Australian Movie Premiere.
	BUYSA Culinary Challenge In June 2009, 14 third-year hospitality students at Le Cordon Bleu Regency campus took part in the BUYSA Culinary Challenge, an SA Great initiative supported by The Advertiser. These students were split into four groups to present a themed menu of South Australian food and beverages, from the menu design and table setting to the final dishes and drinks.
