	MIHM Mix & Mash A gathering allowing current MIHM students to welcome the new students.

	Trip to Kangaroo Island A full weekend and a wonderful opportunity to see everything that Kangaroo Island has to offer!
	Sea Kayaking Tour A day out with on-campus students to explore the wonderful marine life at Port Adelaide, to experience a memorable encounter with the dolphins and to view the wrecks in the Ship’s Graveyard.
	Orientation Bus Tour for New Bachelor Students 2010 The last day of the Bachelors orientation week for students from both International Hotel Management and International Restaurant Management involves a day trip so students can explore more of Adelaide.
	Orientation Bus Tour for New MIHM Students 2010 In the first few weeks of beginning their studies in Adelaide all new Masters Students are taken on a tour to explore one Adelaide’s surrounding wine regions to gain some insight and to taste some of the wine and food produced in this beautiful state.
	Julie & Julia Australian Premiere Le Cordon Bleu is extremely proud to be associated with Sony Pictures to present the Premiere of Julie and Julia in two states of Australia. Le Cordon Bleu hosted Movie Premieres in both Sydney and Adelaide where VIP’s and invited guests were treated to an extra special Le Cordon Bleu Movie Night. Le Cordon Bleu students in restaurant service uniform, full chef uniform and business uniform hosted a fabulous Australian Movie Premiere.
	BUYSA Culinary Challenge In June 2009, 14 third-year hospitality students at Le Cordon Bleu Regency campus took part in the BUYSA Culinary Challenge, an SA Great initiative supported by The Advertiser. These students were split into four groups to present a themed menu of South Australian food and beverages, from the menu design and table setting to the final dishes and drinks.
