By coupling Le Cordon Bleu's international culinary education prestige with the University of South Australia's excellent academic delivery, this Masters program represents a qualification carefully designed to meet the current demands of the international hospitality industry.

Commencement Periods

January and July.


The Masters is delivered on a full-time basis over two years. The academic year comprises four terms of 11 weeks and includes six months' hospitality industry experience. Australian Residents can undertake the program part time over three years.

Entry Criteria

Bachelor Degree or 4 years relevant business or hospitality experience and expertise at management level.

English Language Proficiency

English language proficiency to international standard 6.5 Academic IELTS, with no band score less than 6.


Eligible Australian citizens can access FEE-HELP for all or part of their tuition fees. Access to FEE-HELP is subject to confirmation by the Australian government.

Hospitality Industry Experience

Hospitality Industry Experience Provides an opportunity to apply and integrate knowledge from diverse discipline areas within the program to a hospitality organisation through a learning experience in a hospitality workplace that uses principles of action-based project management for industry analysis and evaluation.
