Please note the following:

1. Attendance for Stage Commencement is COMPULSORY. If unable to attend, you should apply for Leave of Absence.
   Please contact us at studentservicesadelaide@cordonbleu.edu for the Leave of Absence form.
2. Please return your option form by Friday, 7 May 2010 to confirm your re-enrolment.
3. If we do not receive your option form by the required date, we will assume inactive enrolment.

For student visa holders, we are obliged to report all inactive enrolments on PRISMS (Provider Registration and International Students Management System) and this may consequently affect/cancel your current student visa.

Student Fees:
You should receive your July 2010 Invoice by 7 May 2010. Please contact our Finance Officer, Lee Holmes, at lholmes@cordonbleu.edu if you do not receive it by the above date.
