Provisional :

  • Academic Statement (Transcript)
  • Letter of Completion
 26 July 2010 (Upon Request Only)
  • Email request to Student Services and allow 3 working days for collection.
  • Mailing address – if not collected in person
  • Reason for request
  • Student name (as per passport)
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile phone number

Official :

  • Academic Statement (Transcript)

Graduation Parchment

 4 September 2010 during Graduation Ceremony
  • Mailing address – if not collected in person
  • Student name (as per passport)
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile phone number
  • Le Cordon Bleu Australia cannot issue any of the above documents to someone without your written permission.  If you need someone to collect the documents on your behalf, please advise their name and date of birth.  They must show photo identification (e.g. passport, driver’s licence) upon collection of your document(s) at the Whitehouse.
  • There will be no exception made, under any circumstances, to the above mentioned dates.
  • Copies of Academic Statements cannot be sent via email due to quality assurance.  You should request for it to be posted to you if you are unable to pick it up from our office.
  • You may also request another original Academic Statement with a payment of $20 each.
