Student Events 2012Orientation Bus ToursOrientation bus tour for new Master of International Hospitality Management StudentsIn the first week of beginning their studies in Adelaide all new MIHM Students are taken on a tour to explore one of Adelaide's surrounding wine regions, to gain some insight and to taste some of the wine and food produced in this beautiful state. The tour involves students visiting the Adelaide Hills region. Starting off with a visit to Cleland Wildlife Park, followed by lunch at the Hahndorf Old Mill and ending with a wine tasting session at Hahndorf Hill Winery. Orientation bus tour for new Bachelor of Business StudentsFor a lot of our new students this is their first trip to Adelaide therefore the last day of the Bachelors orientation week involves a day trip so students can explore more of one of Adelaide's surrounding regions. The tour involves students visiting the Adelaide Hills region. Starting off with a visit to Cleland Wildlife Park, followed by lunch at the Hahndorf Old Mill and ending with a visit to the Mt Lofty Summit.
Adelaide Course Commencement & Awards CeremonyThe Course Commencement & Awards Ceremony is a formal occasion aimed at welcoming new and continuing students to Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide. It is also an opportunity for all on campus students from the Bachelors and Masters Degrees to socialize amongst themselves and with Le Cordon Bleu staff. The event celebrates, through a formal Awards Ceremony, the following achievements:
The formal ceremony is followed by drinks and canapés. An official photographer is present and photographs are available for online purchase after the event.
Adelaide Graduation & Gala DinnerThe Adelaide Graduation is a formal ceremony and black tie dinner to mark the achievements of our undergraduate and postgraduate hospitality management students. Degrees are officially conferred and graduates wear formal academic regalia. It is a celebration for those students who have successfully passed the following courses:
The event recognises the hard work and efforts of Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide students and is a great way to celebrate their achievements together with friends, family, teachers and Le Cordon Bleu staff. An official photographer is present and photographs are available for purchase during and after the event.
