Students coming to study at Le Cordon Bleu in Adelaide will have a wide range of accommodation and transport options to chose from. The two main options are as follows:

1. If you are studying a "packaged" program:

A "packaged" program of study includes an English or Foundation course first - and then a Le Cordon Bleu Bachelor's or Masters course. If you are doing a packaged course you should arrange your accommodation and airport pick up directly with our partner schools. See the list and links of our partner schools below. If you are directly entering a Le Cordon Bleu Bachelors or Masters program - we can assist you with finding accommodation through our accommodation partners UniLodge or Students Living Australia (SLA) - both leading providers of student accommodation services in Adelaide.

Unilodge

UniLodge has it's 17th Australian property opening in December 2009. UniLodge@Metro Adelaide is in the CBD - the property offers one and two bedroom, fully furnished, self contained apartments. The property boasts many common areas including outdoor gardened terraces and roof top barbeque.

We are only a short walk from teh Unis of SA and Adelaide city campuses. We are focused on creating a safe, educations and truly amazing experience for students and we achieve this through our contemporary student life program - Community Spirit.

Student Living Australia

Student Living Australia offers a wide range of accommodation choices from budget and shared accommodation up to 5 star luxury apartments. Prices range from $70 to $400 per week. Most apartments are furnished and require a lease of 6 or 12 months and are on direct bus routes to Regency campus, UniSA City west Campus, or University of Adelaide North Terrace campus.

Adelaide Regency Apartments

Nine properties throught out the CBD and North Adelaide with studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Weekly rates are based on a minimum three month stay which is on a lease agreement. Lease agreements require a six week security bond which is lodged at the Residential Tenancies Branch.

Apartment inspections can be arranged should anyone want to view the apartments.

3. Other Accommodation Options:

You are welcome to arrange other accommodation on your own. Most international students like to live in or near the City centre – free city transport, central food market, Chinatown , cinemas, shopping malls, etc. The City entre is only 15 minutes by bus from the Regency Campus for Bachelor of Business students undertaking Stage one or three.

Le Cordon Bleu’s English Language, Foundation, Stage 5 Bachelor of Business students, and Masters students will study in the City Centre at either the University of Adelaide of the University of South Australia ’s City West Campuse.

Student Residences

Full board including all meals or part board accommodation options are available. In this option you will get to meet other international students from various other educational institutions. Prices vary according to your needs. Follow the links to contact providers:

The Hostel specialises in budget on arrival accommodation for international students who have not yet organised their long term accommodation.

• Standard weekly rate for students sharing in a dormitory is $125.00

Independent/ Private Rental Properties

One of the common places to find properties for rent is www.realestate.com.au. However it may be quite difficult to secure an independent rental property prior to arriving in Adelaide . Most people who rent flats or rooms look on campus notice boards or in newspapers after they arrive in Adelaide .
