Chef Bruno Le Derf, Technical Director of l'Ecole Le Cordon Bleu Kobe, was crowned with the title of “Best French Craftsmen” (M.O.F) 2007 in the chocolate category. The final round of the contest took place between the 2nd and 5th of November 2007, with 13 finalist competing for just 4 awards.

LE CORDON BLEU is proud to announce that Signatures Restaurant has received the Five-Diamond rating from the American Automobile Association/Canadian Automobile Association for the third year in a row. Awarded for excellence in taste, presentation, ingredients and service, LE CORDON BLEU Signatures remains one of nine Five Diamond Restaurants in all of Canada and is the only one in Ottawa. We would like to thank Executive Chef Yannick Anton and all of the Signatures staff for making this possible.
