Chef Frederic Lesourd, member of the jury in the 10th International Istanbul Gastronomy Festival
From March 15 to 18, the 10th International Istanbul Gastronomy Festival will take place in Turkey. This festival focuses on creating links between Turkish culinary tradition and other culinary cultures of the world
Over 22 countries will be competing and participants will need to demonstrate the best of their culinary skills.
Chef Frédéric Lesourd, Chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Paris school, has been invited to be member of the jury, this year chaired by Gissur Gudmundsson, President of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS).
