Welcome to Le Cordon Bleu Australia

Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, provides Le Cordon Bleu students with culinary arts training in a truly 'international city' with a reputation and appreciation for food and wine excellence.

Adelaide, the capital of South Australia, is rapidly gaining international recognition as Australia's 'education city' – a safe, affordable and accessible city of just over one million people that welcomes international students.

Adelaide is the ideal location for Le Cordon Bleu's range of business management programs. The city has a proud tradition of maintaining the highest standards of education with a strong focus on providing a quality study experience for international students through its world-recognised universities and specialised tertiary institutions.

Programs & Courses

In Australia, Le Cordon Bleu's prestigious qualifications in culinary arts and hospitality management enable graduates with the right blend of passion, drive and commitment to reach the very top of their chosen profession.

Two streams of educational excellence are encompassed within the following Le Cordon Bleu qualifications in Australia.

The Adelaide campus offers management programs that designate all graduates with business degrees (BBA) in the realm of International Hotel Management and International Restaurant Management. Adelaide also offers and MBA program in International Hotel & Restaurant Management as well as International Hospitality Management.

The Sydney campus offers the foundational program of Le Cordon Bleu called the Classic Cycle program. Students can either stream into Cuisine or Pâtisserie. There are 3 levels of certification with each program – Beginner, Intermediate, Superior. Each level of certification can be completed in 3 months. These certifications for the Cuisine and Pâtisserie programs form the basis of what is known as Le Cordon Bleu's Classic Cycle program. Students graduate from the Classic Cycle program with either a Diplôme de Cuisine or Diplôme de Pâtisserie.

An addition to the Sydney curriculum is a program in Kitchen Management Studies. Students graduate with an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality in Cuisine or Pâtisserie.

In both campuses (Adelaide and Sydney) students undertake a Professional Experience employment program with Le Cordon Bleu partner companies across Australia and, in some cases, abroad. Students professional experience program is over 6 month periods working in world class resorts, kitchens, restaurants and convention centers.
