| Le Cordon Bleu Paris welcomes the Deputy Minister of Commerce of Thailand |
| On Mai 19th 2012, Le Cordon Bleu Paris was honored to welcome Mr Poom SARAPOL, Deputy Minister of Commerce of Thailand, accompanied by a delegation of 10 people. |
| The Thai Ministry of commerce has offered Le Cordon Bleu Paris the opportunity to be part of their editorial project “Thai Select Premium”, which aims to create a gastronomic guide including the best Thai restaurants in Paris and throughout France. |
| This official visit highlights once again the success of Le Cordon Bleu School in Bangkok and the accomplishment of the cookbook "Somtum, a meeting of Flavors, Tastes & Cultures", published in collaboration with “Dusit”. The book was awarded the Best Cookbook in the Asia Category, at the 17th Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. The sales profits of this book will be donated to the humanitarian organization "Smiles" in Thailand. |
