A night dedicated to the union of Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide’s student body, to congratulate those who have already made achievements in their hospitality management courses, and to welcome those beginning their Le Cordon Bleu journey.

This event was held at the Holiday Inn Adelaide. A total of 223 students attended making it the largest student contingent at this event to date.

LCB would like to congratulate all students who received a Diplôme Culinaire d’ Hotelier, Meritorious Award or made an outstanding contribution in their Industry Placement.

Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Arts Graduation

Graduation is significant for all our students but this night was made even more memorable by the presence of the visiting Le Cordon Bleu International CEO Monsieur Andre J. Cointreau. Monsieur Cointreau made a special address on his six steps to success.

Congratulations to all students for the successful completion of their programs in patisserie and cuisine.

Julie & Julia Australian Movie Premiere in Adelaide

Champagne, red carpet and beautiful canapés set the scene in Adelaide for a movie about French cooking learnt from our own Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Meryl Streep was fabulous as American Julia Child, pursuing her love of food in France, and the movie was warmly received. Guests were greeted by current Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide students and were able to sample for themselves the exceptional standard of culinary delights that comes from Le Cordon Bleu courses.

Julie & Julia Sydney Movie Premiere
7 October 2009

The Sydney movie premiere which was held at the Dendy Cinema Opera Quays was also a resounding success. Glitz, glamour and hand made chocolates greeted guests who were treated by current Le Cordon Bleu students showcasing their skills by creating the hand made chocolates themselves on campus.

Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide Pin Ceremony
20 October 2009

Over 100 students and staff attended the Pin Ceremony held on Tuesday, 20th October at the InterContinental Adelaide. Both Bronze and Silver pins were awarded to students in recognition of the different stages of their academic journey undertaken while studying at Le Cordon Bleu.
