How To Apply To Le Cordon Bleu Sydney

To apply for Le Cordon Bleu study programs at the Sydney campus, there are two easy methods. The simplest way is to apply online – made easy with an efficient online application tool. It's a user-friendly system that ensures speedy processing of materials in Le Cordon Bleu offices and enables swift issuing of admission offers.

Admission Procedures
  1. DOWNLOAD YOUR APPLICATION FORM OR APPLY ONLINE.

  2. COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION FORM.
    The application form includes all the information we require from you to enrol you in the course of your choice, please be as detailed as possible. If you need assistance with this, or have any questions, please contact us – we are happy to help.
  3. PREPARE YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.
    The enrolment form includes all the supporting documents you will need to provide in association with your application form. Please ensure all of these documents are valid and ready to submit with your application.
  4. SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM.
    Some applications can be submitted online, all other applications may be submitted by email, post or fax. Application forms must be submitted with photocopied passport details and certified copies of High School Certificates, Diplomas or equivalent qualifications, academic transcripts, and Letters of Completion from Tertiary Institutions and Universities.
  5. ASSESSING YOUR APPLICATION.
    Once we receive your application we will assess whether you meet the entry requirements for the course you have selected.
  6. LETTER OF OFFER.
    When your application is approved, we will send you a Letter of Offer. This will include an acceptance form and payment details.
  7. FEE PAYMENT.
    Please return the completed acceptance form together with your fee payment. Accepting your place well in advance of your course start date, and paying your fees, will help to ensure that your place on the course is secure.   8. APPLYING FOR A STUDENT VISA.
    Once we receive your fee payment we will send you a Receipt of Payment, Confirmation of Enrolment and an eCOE (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment). International students will need this eCOE to apply for a Student Visa.   9. TRAVEL.
    Once you have obtained your Australian Student Visa, you are able to book and pay for your flights to Australia. You should arrange to arrive in Australia at least 2 days before the commencement of the program as stated on your eCOE.
  10. ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATION.
    To arrange accommodation ahead of your arrival, please read more information regarding accommodation.
  11. WELCOME.
    Le Cordon Bleu welcomes you. Please join your fellow students for the Le Cordon Bleu orientation program at each campus and begin your studies.

Documentation for your application

Application forms must be completed and submitted to Le Cordon Bleu Australia with the following documentation:

  • High School Certificate / Diploma OR equivalent qualification (certified copies only)
  • Academic transcripts (certified copies only)
  • Letter of Completion from Tertiary Institution / University (certified copies only)
  • Subject curriculum documentation (if requesting Recognition of Prior Learning/course credit for subjects previously completed)
  • English Language proficiency result (IELTS preferred) – if English is not your first language
  • Evidence of work experience – evidence must be provided in the form of letter from employer stating
    – dates of employment, position held, duties undertaken, number of hours worked)
  • Curriculum Vitae (Masters' applicants only)
  • Photocopy of Passport details
FEE-Help

Le Cordon Bleu Australia is an approved FEE-HELP provider.  FEE-HELP is a federal government loan scheme assisting eligible students with their tuition fees.

To be eligible for this assistance you must be an Australian citizen or the holder of a Permanent Humanitarian visa and be resident for the duration of your studies.
