The Intermediate course starts to learn modern French cuisine technique from the 9th lesson. The student learn Country French dish to make good use of rural ingredients based on your skills, and furthermore, emphasize to study how to finish cooking and arrange the food on a plate, and start to build high-level skills for Superior course.
